I had the chance to share more about my journey and the work I’m passionate about.
From my early curiosity about the human mind and emotions to becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Sexologist, my career has been dedicated to helping individuals and couples strengthen connection, intimacy, and communication. In the interview, I spoke about the challenges couples face most often, my upcoming books (Digital Couples Therapy and The Formula of Desire), and the importance of balancing personal well-being while supporting others.
I also shared what I love about living in Port St. Lucie, as well as the lessons I’ve learned along the way—like setting boundaries, protecting emotional health, and building relationships that last.
